My tenants had a baby so I sent them a $25 gift card to baby R us when they told me there where pregnant and then bought another $25 of baby stuff when their daughter was born.   

This is the town they filmed the TV show Northern Exposure in, if anyone remembers that show.It would have been farther out than we really wanted to be from where my hubby worked at the time, but we knew to buy, we'd have to sacrifice a bit.So, I knew to order a title search, and it was worth it to me to just pay for one, rather than do it myself, as I was pregnant and working full-time, as was hubby.My moral to this story is not about whether or not I would have found the same info - I'm sure I would have.

Normally, there is a very pregnant pause after this, and they look completely amazed that you didn't beg them to stay.  

Hello,Searching the discussion board I didn't really see this question posed.We have a potential renter who would like to bring their pregnant dog who will (of course) have puppies.  

So, anyone with a kid, or a couple who became pregnant, opted to move somewhere more conducive to life with a kid.If you decide to house hack while you're a student, I suggest renting out room separately.
