It is well out of attorney review I was told by a mortgage rep that I met on this site ( no offence to the site) that he could get me 100 % financing...well to make a long story more boring he could not and was fired by his company...Just fri the office manager took over my file and I was told yesterday that my credit score was too low and he could only get me 90% LTV.

The paint is in OK shape except for an 8-inch hole in the living room drywall, and some chipping around the window sill where the seller had taped giant plastic sheets (???).
