Old, rusty, missing/boarded/plastic covered windows and/or doors, decks falling apart, bad roofs, etc. 4 of them are park owned - and are newer. 

The "bulbs" are cheap enough now to not even think about it, and last ones I bought from Costco no longer had the plastic bottom half, I had to actually read to the fine print be sure they were actually LEDs!

It definitely has a plastic look to it no matter how well you install it.
