For some the ebb and flow of folks coming and going at 8-13 week intervals could be irritating but you're used to it. 

I don't know if I want to go that far and deal with that hasstle but the neighbor is very difficult and irritating. 

So far in my relatively early beginning of flipping properties, one of the most consistent irritants is with appraisers. 

Guests will message hosts and hosts won't see the notifications so the guests are irritated and feeling ignored and hosts are missing out on bookings. 2 - the most requested things from travel nurses that I've polled so far are: must be quiet as they are shift workers working long hours; they need blackout curtains for sleeping during the day; it needs to feel safe; laundry on site is a big bonus; full kitchens are nice but in no way required.

It seems like he just got irritated with me because I didn't give his wholesaler a full price offer for what they wanted.

Just as all of you in this thread have had a different perspective and thought on one particular scenario, say, bringing a sandwich into a shop, and your thoughts on that exact action - how it has affected each one of you to a point - either of irritation, anger, or some could care less. 

I always get irritated when people pile on with the wooulda, coulda, shoulda stuff. 

Attitude is key and I am very aware of that when talking to client prospects and I definitely do not do that when speaking to my clients because they are already in a vulnerable or irritated state.

I don't know if it would have driven me to move out but it was so irritating to have that thing start barking when coming in the front door, or have it jump all over me if the owner happened to be leaving the building at the same time as me.

If they are good tenants otherwise then I'm not sure you should even worry about it (other than the hassle your tenants might face for having irritable neighbors)
