The cost will be much smaller than the taxes you could have to pay.

I think you'll be very happy in the Cleveland / Lorain market as well and I always tons of demand for rentals whenever I list a property in Euclid so that's a great area to target as well! 

Before we go into any project we price the existing comparable set of new construction projects delivered in a trailing 12 months compared to the market or zip code averages as well.

I normally advise that people start a business as a sole propeitor in their first year.If it is successful and something you want to continue, then have a conversation regarding entities.

Out of state investors can do really well here, but you can also lose a decent chunk of money if you buy wrong.Lots of out of state investors, especially those from California get a little blindsided because everything here is so cheap it all looks like a guaranteed great deal.
