Ive been a fan of Bigger Pockets for some time now and was wanting some advice on how to find a private investor.

I was not a fan of the DB/RA set up at all.

During that time I gained a greater understanding of real estate and what was once a small interest became a very passionate pursuit. 

I"m a HUGE fan of Mautic because it's free, but Rei Replay just has too many bells and whistle at an amazingly low price.

Not really a fan of the nationwide shops, or even the ones that say they service a huge area. 

I’m not a fan of darby but I would invest in upper darby. do your due diligence! 

I’m a fan of SFR due to lower turnovers, higher appreciation and much easier to sell.

The company offered fans as a substitute.  

I wouldn’t say I am a Celtics fan but did go see one of their games when we lived there.
