I've heard nothing but complaints from customers AND their franchise agents reegarding the quality of their 800-number service center. 

We have seen maintenance costs skyrocket over the past 2-3 years and every case is different but here are some general guidelines for reputable (non-crackhead) investor level pricing in our area of operations:Furnace and A/C replacement with lineset for standard 3 bed 1 bath bungalow.

So I called the service rep to ask if it was a legit person and if so, could they put me in touch.They said it was a legit person and they conference called them and they were legit.

The short version is that you must have a  Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) to show your investors and you must decide upfront if you will only accept accredited investors or if you will allow investment from non-accredited investors.  

I like the tub (it wasn't cheap, about 12 grand) but there's not great service options where I live and not sure if I would get it again since I mostly have to take care of it. 

OP it’s a good idea as long as you tie the investment to the military or civil service market.  

Historically, full service management on the coast has been costly but in recent months management rates have come down and quality has improved.

Good luck talking to the non-accountants about accounting.

Private is an option too, but again, a pay for service on top of the permit fees, etc.   

I have read I will need to use a third party service to make this happen.
