Lets keep in mind there is HUGE money in Training far more than owning 200 row houses in Philly etc. 

In my mind, the reason for doing this would be to have two engaged platforms versus one dominant one.

I had 2 or 3 called.Now again keep in mind I had zero interest in holding these as rentals and I ONLY bought homes that had significant equity for me.. mainly all pre foreclosures..
