I'm not sure about Mass, but I'm 99.99999% sure for residential apartments in CT you are only allowed to collect the equivalent of 3 months rent up front, whether it is called rent, deposit, fees, or whatever.

I agree, I don't understand the need to perfect IOS version and not have a need to even develop an Android version...I would think getting this to the masses is what you would be after but you shoot yourself in the foot by discounting an Android version....IMO....

In the longer run I think we'll see those apartments just lowering rents as they age, rather than a mass conversion to condos. but who knows?
