I am looking to purchase a mobile home to rent to section 8 tenants.

I also found a dozen mechanic's liens dating back to 2022 (meaning they didn't pay contractors that did work on the property).I'd like to say I'm shocked that you had no idea this was coming, but I'm really not shocked. 

I would like a bank that I can log into and access multiple checking accounts that has a great mobile platform.What do you think of your experience with them so far?

I would suggest searching in areas that allow mobile homes because that is my most common inquiry.

The boys anyway just need a few tiny or mobile homes with a couple shops they can work on their cars, trucks and motorbikes.
