Hello, I am looking into buying a STR in Pine or Strawberry AZ.

And they had some ugly pine wainscoting around the living room into the stairway.

Maybe he'll be glad he "had" a property in Youngstown, rather than pining for what he thinks might have been, if only his Property Manager had let "Section 8" folk Rent that home rather than more-or-less make him Sell it - which he (wisely) did.

@Theresa Harris no, I only used Pine-Sol so far, not Dawn.

Need some advice on what to do or not do with the new property I bought for rental.1) Kitchen area has knotty pine in great shape.

@Audi Pine What type of property are you looking for, STR, LTR and what type of property.

You get hands on experience, versus just pining away at getting clients.

I also planted a barrier wall of white pines in my back yard that i know they know about but haven’t said anything yet…also our fees are minimal… thus, they don’t have a war chest to be dealing with much of anything
