We recently had a sound transfer problem between two units with an adjacent wall we used mineral wool and a sheet of mass loaded vinyl; it did the trick.

RE: ~33% (I have taken money out of RE otherwise this would be much higher)mineral rights: 10% (North Dakota: may have been a better investment than my average RE investment which means great)Stocks: ~55% (but ~50% of this value was obtained by profits from RE)Other including cash and bonds: ~2%RE investing has provided us a great ROI but so did the mineral rights which was acquired at a near perfect time and is still paying a substantial dividend(?).
