Far as the pet questions etc -I think it's just a case of tenant mentality...ie - "I know you said no pets, but my pit is sooo cute.."..."

You have done enough deals to know what we are talking about.You want to push the idea that it is all mental and the deals do not get easier.

but they have still been reluctant to let us get one.I have read online that under the Department of Housing and Urban Development that they have laws in place for people with "mental and physical disabilities" as far as renting is concerned.
