Looking back, I think the rental market has been slow in general since last fall, with rents falling on a seasonal basis.

If the insulation is in decent shape and not covered by combustible insulation, and not terribly overloaded, it might last many more years.

Seasoning is the time period between from closing of the last transaction to the closing of the new transaction.
