Looks like a hack job.

While they did a good job, I felt the price was steep, especially since the house wasn’t in terrible shape.I’m debating whether the cleaning charge is reasonable to deduct fully or if I should waive part of it as a goodwill gesture. 

At the time, I had just graduated with a physics degree, landed a great job in the Bay Area, and was newly married.

However, I think some upcoming life changes may be the right opportunity for me to dip my toes in the water in real estate investing.I live in Pflugerville, TX (25 minutes from downtown Austin) and will soon be moving to Portland, OR, for my dream job.

It also keeps to a nationalistic conservative agenda, and without capitalism, it is just cuts to programs, and no investment into other areas. 

I predict that the guys who are fully leveraged and cash flowing $100 per month will be motivated sellers when the next big correction happens.actually its either them or they walk and its their lenders selling that is what happened in that time period.. and was pronounced in certain markets.for me personally  I don't want to risk  my credit and finances and borrow 75k to make 1200 a year... or even 2400 a year if its a market that has a history of no appreciation and I don't feel there is going to be any significant appreciation.. 2 to 3% a year does not cut it.but I will take 500 a month negative or 10k a month negative if I think there are huge gains at the other end.. 

Drywall installation and finishing is harder than most people think and whoever did that job - see the tape showing - didn't think too hard about it. 

That 2nd requirement is  what makes it close to basically impossible with a W2 job.

If you do a good job, the judge will reward you with an eviction, usually 5 days for the tenant to vacate (five days because that is the time period that tenant has to file for an appeal of the judges verdict).  

Personally, I bought a 3 bed single family home soon after starting my job and had two friends from college rent which covered my mortgage plus a little extra.
