Hi Sarah, thank you very much for your interest. to begin with your question, first of all; although Rategain host many solutions it's main selling point is its ability to connect with over 400 platforms by using it's channel manager solution, meaning that I will still need to find another PMS solution like Opera which means I will need to start all over again in terms of setting up the accommodations and their settings, which I am hoping to be able to avoid.

What does that look like in 20 years in terms of the value of the notes and income they're generating? 

I’ve already made some calculated evaluations in terms of the expected operating expenses, the mortgage, closing costs, and a 20% down payment. 

I would think about this in terms of A) prices to access the market and B) overall market growth. 

I feel like I have some value to give to a potential partner in terms of hustle and seeing some properties in my market that would be good brrrrs or flips.

So I would be selling without hesitation because I can find much better uses for $1.75 million in terms of return while taking less risks.

Most technicians say there is no.reason to do an abatement but they are not thinking in terms of risk.

I would have done things a little differently in terms of purchasing our second property, knowing what I know now.

What advice would you give to an investor starting out in terms of location?

As an LP in a syndication with two (let's call them) identical offerings in terms of asset type, business plan, submarket, asset size, projected returns, fees, waterfall, etc.
