Hi Yolanda,A brand new oven off by 40 degrees, maybe take that one back for another one, and test the new one.I'd say that's basically a stove with no oven.As far as the shelf, those little shelf kits are not tough enough for a rental (they fall down).Having a wooden brace screwed or nailed to both the shelf and the wall on each end is much more robust.

If you only owe $350k on a $750k property and can rent it out at rates that make sense for a $750k property, your own cash on cash return is infinite since you aren't investing anything yourself so that metric is great.

I won't go into all of them, but the primary thing was that our kitchen cabinets were basically falling off the wall, the dishwasher stopped working after using it 3 times and the P-trap under the sink was malfunctioning, causing a constant water drip and massive hole under the sink - which they had covered up with a shelf and cleaning supplies.
