Roof/siding you could just get someone to estimate  the cost to fix but not a big deal if not a big cost or the price you offered justifies.He does not mention anything structural that would be a deal break even hairline cracks, if your termite inspector says termite infested beams or something like  that you have a concern but an inspector would have mentioned anything noticeable

Only way to Rodent proof a rental is change tenants.. generally speaking.. rodents can get into the most Rodent proof homes there are bottom line.. its the tenants living conditions that create these infestations  97.6% of the time.

Any time you read "like FHA loans..." or see "FHA/VA" clumped together like that, it's out of either ignorance, it's a condo that isn't VA-approved, it's out of hating veterans, or because there is an active termite infestation they are proactively trying to hide.

Question to all RE professionals, I'm selling my investment property in Philadelphia, PA and Buyer elected Wood Infestation Inspection and inspector found termites in a property, but report has no photos just a schematic drawing so Buyer and his agent pushing me to pay $1050 for termite treatment.
