hey guysdo you know guys know any experienced house inspectors for due diligence in the dekalb county area?  

Chicago basements/adu's are so tough to understand.Have you had any instances where some areas were slightly under 7' and inspectors made the owner/contractor rip out the floor because it was not adequate?

Third , I have heard you are supposed to have a "licensed mobile home installer" attach the home to the ground, but I have called some of them in the big cities and these people won't  come to a small town 75 miles from Indianapolis.

The 9% rate is under the norm for Indianapolis.

I have scheduled a bat inspector to come out and inspect the property.

I'm not sure how it passed, but I know it passed when previously under contract and my inspector didn't mention any issues yesterday, but I guess I'll find out soon. 

No one has more "skin in the game" than a PMC as they have to deal with the property every day until an owner sells or fires them.Also recommend finding your own Inspector and not one referred by an agent.

Your inspector is a generalist, your hvac guy is an expert.
