It appears it could be win win for both involved.I try not to because even as the strapping physically presentable whole gentleman I can tidy myself up to I have many mental and physical challenges that people incorrectly ignorantly judge me by so I tend to look past surface issues but discrimination has an important purpose and is how we stay alive.

The problem is moving back.Again, you can thump your chest all you want bud, but the fact of the matter is that your original claim that even if you move out and rent it out for only one year that it's somehow NQU is down right incorrect, but keep believing it bud.

Well you have major issues with the calculator, starting with the fact that the way you currently have it calculated the seller would pay you $100k to buy the house, which I am pretty sure is incorrect.

I see a lot of returns where depreciation is calculated incorrectly - Just throwing that out there as it may help to have it reviewed prior to reporting in case there are any changes to depreciation that may save you money.

I might be phrasing it incorrectly- Alliance Environmental did the tests that showed we had asbestos in the popcorn ceilings and they are a company who can provide remediation, but they are not the company who caused the problem.
