Hey Jonas, Not sure where you are in your U.S. investment journey but buying property through your LLC is a very viable option, but can get complicated if you're not the sole proprietor yet not impossible.

Some advice:If you are going to live there make sure you spend a lot of time down there first if you haven't already.Bank financing is impossible for non residents/citizens. 

And the holding and legal costs were impossible to predict.  

It will not be impossible of course, just challenging in my opinion.

Theoretically, yes.While it is not entirely impossible, for most people the more likely path to success is to build the skills necessary with a couple duplxes.
