Reinvigorated I recently became a Pro member (Sept. 10th) and I am beginning to immerse myself in the wealth of educational and informative forums, webinars and podcasts this site offers as well the books that have been recommended.

I think that may be the only way to keep game players from writing reviews on themselves, etc.

I have completely immersed myself in it's content.

Don't be misled by the game players and frauds that try to teach people to lie to sellers, put properties under contract, and then walk away if you cannot assign.

I've spent the last several months totally immersing myself in education and trying to decipher the best market/vehicle for me personally.  

For me, becoming a real estate agent is how I became immersed in the real estate culture and ultimately drove my interest in REI.

From Bergen County and am looking to immerse myself in RE as much as possible.

I am eager to network with like minded individuals and fully immerse myself into the real estate industry.

I have been immersing myself in the learning process as much as possible.

However, I have realized that while i continue to work on becoming a full time investor I would like to immerse myself in the Real Estate world to absorb as much knowledge as possible.
