Often, for several hundred dollars, they will do that for you A-Z.

When a vacancy comes up in a good apartment on SFO, operators often have literally hundreds of extremely well qualified applicants at incredible rates.

They have made it clear to me that they refer to me because they are comfortable/confident that I will take good care of the client which reflects better back on them, keeping their reputation strong and earning them real estate referrals from the client if they end up happy with the whole experience (which is much more valuable to them than a few hundred bucks from me). 

The attorney we use charges $800 for uncontested and $1,500 if contested. it's not wise to look for an inexpensive attorney when its hundreds of thousands of dollars at play.

@Brittany Moreland - If I were the type of individual/entity that had hundreds of millions of dollars available to invest, nothing about what you're suggesting would sound appealing.  

I used to do that type of work and built hundreds of walls.

Imperial beach is cheapest beach area for a couple hundred miles.
