Aside from that, I'm humbled that anyone wants to connect with me as a colleague anyway - I certainly don't have anywhere near the credentials that some of you guys (that's gals too in NY/NJ speak) have; far be it for me to be pompous about it.

In my humble opinion, I would take your large chunk of cash and invest it into much more properties in other cheaper areas of the country and find other lodging alternatives when you're on island.  

It was, in my humble opinion, easily the best episode BiggerPockets has ever had by an enormous margin.

At least that's what it looks like in the pictures-I could be wrong.You guys paid $340k for the house and in my honest and humble opinion I think that's pretty close to the ARV for that house/location.I'm building a brand new house kind of close to that location and it's going to be listed $100k less than your current list price.Again, it comes down to price.

You all have made some very good and humbling points.
