The rent has flowed like clockwork and I couldn't be happier to have found such a cool deal near my hometown to be able to close on the same day as my first investment property.

Any recommendations either from word-of-mouth, or of past partnerships with one him/her/themselves would be very appreciated :)

Which I know obviously sounds better but if they bought it to invest then I'm wondering if it would be best to offer to help finish up the project and split the profits, but before I even allow those words to come out of my mouth Im trying to see how logical does that sound.

Everything else is word of mouth.

We are just now starting to see referral business and word of mouth business come in.

And it usually drives us away from doing the very thing that could make us better, happier, healthier, etc.Make it a great one Dennis!

I determined we were not a good fit for eachother and kindly suggested he might be happier elsewhere.

My mom is real estate agent in Atlanta, and the possibility to buy the property came through word of mouth from my mom's friend and then to me. 

What do you expect the city to do if you come in with a fixed location, fixed end use AND you don't want to spend any money.Talk to the city prior to closing and everyone will be happier.
