My guess is they are people that watch a lot of YouTube and TikTok, but are not actually real estate investors.  

But I guess when both the mortgage interest and depreciation finally run out, then that’s another milestone to consider...though for me I’m still years off from that!

I'm actually surprised you managed to get a 9% ROI but I guess that's thanks to you being a good operator and getting 95% occupancy as a result.

I do have other options to invest in the market till the Real Estate comes back I guess I am just getting impatient.
