@Bert DeanHave you scratched out what your payment would be if you do a re-fi for an improved rate and get the the cash out that you want for improvements?

I further read tips on re-fi under a conventional loan but transfer the property under the LLC.

Financial independence (FI).

I figure if I continue to put in about 4% (with this I’ll still get the 8% match) for the next 5-10 years while I try to reach FI, I’ll have plenty of money compounded by age 59.5 to last the rest of my life.

Potential Solution #1: do a regular re-fi of Property #1 and lower the monthly mortgage by $900.  

If I can find an option that hooks up to Wi-Fi, I'm considering offering two options when they sign the lease.
