They offer a $10K repair fund to fix damages in addition to SD plus warranty for appliance repair etc.I have no say in whom they choose to move in, whether there are animals, limit on # of occupants etc. they reserve right to inspect property so i have no idea if they can tell me to remodel, paint etc.does this make sense i have a vacancy coming up in October (bad rental timing).

So far, I've reached out to a company called Lloyd Security who appear to be able to help with wifi surveillance and access panel.   

Unfortunately there competitiveness in the market and cut throat antics give the other offices (company) a bad name. 

And if your in a Market with a title and escrow companies they can do the transaction for you as well.

So either you pay for the repair out of the idle cash in your account, file an insurance claim and use those funds, or rollover/transfer funds from another retirement account to cover the cost. 

Find a sponsor, reach out, tell them you're Canadian, they approve, review and sign LP docs, wire funds.

Did anyone ended up using Royal Legal or Anderson Business Advisors, looking for similar company services.

I would definitely reach out to several brokerages within the area that could better facilitate as the middleman when Insurance Companies do reach out.
