Usually all you need is a couple really good comps to know how your property would do and that is easier to find with a paid version of Airdna.

Its relatively easy to manage the process once you do it a couple times.   

I have invested $0 dollars into real estate investments but am on the cusp of investing $50k into my first multifamily syndicate (we're closing within a couple of weeks).I'm looking for a CPA to answer a few of my questions and a lawyer to look over the documents I need to sign for the deal.One of my main questions is, I've been told I'll receive a K1 statement and that my monthly returns will be tax free. 1) Is it true they will be tax free? 

I'm an investor with a couple properties as well as a CPA. 

We have tried contacting a couple of the trustees and sent a mailer but have not had any call backs.Does anyone have any other helpful hints on how to get in touch with the family?

Tenants in many markets already believe they pay too much (contrary to recent studies that show rent to property values have never been lower for the large US cities).If my insurance costs are not double my current rates over the next couple years, I will be pleasantly surprised.  

At this stage in my life, these equity plays are more impactful than holding onto a property for a couple hundred dollars of monthly cash flow.What’s your take?
