I will say though with this last renewal period some insurers are actually starting to lower their premiums… a little, after the Florida legislature made policy changes that favored the insurance companies… so that is at least a small step forward.

DSCR would be your best bet but again 25% down and a DSCR of 1.25% minimum.Do yourself a favor and do not let just any Lender/loan officer pull your credit just so they can take an application and have a possible deal.

I had 2 deals fall through because the owner didn't file taxes, without Schedule E's it is impossible to get favorable funding.
