So as you move down in price point, competition increases or if the deal gets closer to cash flow with lower down payments.

Excellent market but competition is fierce.

Sure, Nashville is a great city - but it is also very competitive.

Seems like all 3 markets are competitive, with Louisville being slightly cheaper than the other 2 markets I mentioned. 

Sales in these areas are not common and when they do happen they are competitive.....
