Are you that desperate that you’d let people exploit you consistently .

I think one of the biggest mistake investor had is they always think the other side is greener, although your own market could be potentially the best, it's just that you don't know how to exploit it or are scared.  

This is infuriating because there are people who are facing legitimate challenges.I am going to file a small claim for non-payment and may end up in court with them.They will certainly exploit the coronavirus sympathy angle in any way they canI'm seeking suggestions for how to expose their manipulation of the situation and show a judge what they are doing.

If there are loopholes to be found, they will be found and exploited.

I think there could be some paddleboard/surf destination opportunities there that have not been fully exploited yet. 

The IRS typically would grant a tax exempt status to a nonprofit to pursue causes that often would result in lightening the burden on government but not to pursue business exploits - the government needs tax revenue. 

Rating systems are bogus because they get exploited.

as you may know there are next to none viruses, and spyware that are programmed or used on macs, those major flaws come with windows exploits etc.
