That area will explode!

Demand exploded after April but some areas are flattening out this month.

For years I was saying Overtown and Little Haiti were the place to buy for massive appreciation but now they have already exploded in price.

Personally and thankfully I don't see this market crashing anytime soon, but history repeats itself and there's definitely a chance.
What do you think?

If financing changes to where it is much easier to get loans and cash our refinance 6 months after being built, I think they would explode in those areas. 

Having lived in Colorado for 20 years, I've seen this place explode! 

Born in Summit and lived in Elizabeth, North Plainfield and West Orange way back before your real estate exploded.

Great opportunity to get a steel on well built homes but not sure when it will rebound but when it does it will explode.

Was low in Jan, Feb....but now it is starting to get better and I'm guessing it'll soon explode!
