Also, it could be a good way to find people who have experience in a particular area for the past few years.I recently tried creating a new thread & asking for broker recommendations/referrals on the forums - but Bigger Pockets told me my post was deleted because it asked for an endorsement, which is too commercial, or something to that effect.

The guy is from "the note school" not endorsing or recommending, because I didn't buy his course, but you may want to check him out....

I don't know much about them, other than they were a sponsor for the podcast, so I am assuming BP is endorsing them.

If you are looking for a book on presenting offers, I know the BP guys have endorsed "Pitch Anything" by Oren Klaff.

I haven't used any of them, so this isn't an endorsement, but it's a place to start your research. 

Without asking for any website endorsements, can someone provide an expert opinion on the best way to setup an well written LLC while staying on a budget?

Personally, I'm well-insured with homeowners and umbrella but because I buy and sell through my LLC, my homeowners won't write an endorsement for vacant property coverage and my umbrella won't cover any claims.So, I'm thinking about a vacant home policy but they're so expensive.
