I went down 8 streets and dropped these postcards in every mailbox on a Friday night at 7pm.The next day I received a phone call from a elderly gentleman, saying he was looking to sell a home he owned free and clear on a street where one of my investors purchased 2 properties the month before.

I have recently took over management of some rental property for my parents who are elderly.

I don't think Real Estate is a good investment for the elderly as it is not very liquid and is a bit more of roller coaster than other investments especially if you don't know what you are doing.

I'm helping my elderly father purchase one,  and it's not in the same state that I reside in. 

Had an elderly gentleman come to my house for an Airbnb and on his second day there clogged the toilet and made me clean it and plunge it lol.

The owner is an elder, single man who has lived in that unit for approximately 30 years.
