There is a marked slowing in the time it takes to rent a home and the overall rental market is cool now.I have not heard of a flat fee for a rental listing, but there's a couple things you can consider to help your situation.You can go back to your previous property manager and see if they would be willing to solely do the listing and lease up for you.

@Dean Valadez I'm not understanding the pierce the corporate veil.If you take the money from the LLC for personal use, you would just mark that as distribution and any money you put back in will be contributions.

Hi @Janna Afanasjeva - I am almost positive you just need to keep all the accounts completley separate regardless of business or personal account and it needs to be an interest-bearing trust account (or something similar).FOR SURE @Mark Ainley, @Jared Kott, or @Jason Marcordes could answer that question for you as they are all local property managers.

They don't get wiped out.If it is marked homestead you have 2 years to hold on to it, before you can likely resell it or do any reno.Also just FYI, I would not expect anything at Tarrant County sale to go for minimum bid.
