I believe there may also be one in Columbus, GA, which may be a bit closer, although they are in the Eastern time zone vs. the Central time zone.I purchased a townhouse last year which I am currently renting out at $950.  

As someone mentioned, Idaho is a great market, I am particular to Eastern Idaho.

The Anschutz medical campus is at the eastern edge and is massive and still growing.

I am looking at assets in select Eastern PA markets (Allentown, Upper Darby, Reading).

This would be in the Western NC/Eastern Tennessee Blue Ridge Mountains area

I have a good understanding of the South eastern side of Florida from Stuart, Palm beach gardens, West palm beach, Delray, and Boca Rotan.
