But by and large, I get the most customers by networking, getting on the phone and asking somebody for business, referrals or putting refrigerator magnets on peoples homes around where I do a service call.

This will make Charleston one of the top medical magnets in the nation for top level care and cutting edge medical research. 

Also, these domestic migration stats don't seem to take into account the fact that places like CA and NY are immigrant magnets and gateway cities so they miss counting a huge portion of the population growth.Some regulations and taxes are concerning, but that has been the case for many years.
