Just refi it but trying to get a Comp for this property is impossible and they did if I wanted to get an appraisal as opposed to their desktop one I could, and that would probably run $4000+.

@Jerry Wang  If its an easy Fannie Mae, DU (desktop underwriting) computer generated approval, then it really doesn't matter and the listing agent and/or seller will like to see that the lender is in the same state.
