Rent is always 750, but they understand the importance of paying on time.Plus, I read somewhere on here once say "they don't offer discounts b/c your doctor, dentist, mortgage company, etc doesn't offer you discounts on payments so why should you".

I'm working for myself and don't really care if people feel like working a real estate agents for themselves.I bet, some people can be their own dentist or surgeon....why not?

My parents, a friend from school and my parents' neighbor, a retired dentist and absolute ANGEL INVESTOR are my partners in the deal.

Say I find a deal, they work their asses off on renovation either on the weekends or taking one or two weeks vacation, we hire out electrical and whatever else should be hired out, and they raise at least a good chunk of the capital perhaps from family, bosses, their dentist, etc.

If I'm sitting in the dentist's chair I'll ask her about a recommendation for a contractor.

Could be that many dentists saw a reduction in visits because of the downturn in Metro Phoenix.

The national companies tend to pay more money but are more picky on site location versus an attorney that wants to build an office building there or a dentist practice etc.

If they're "selling the American dream" to people, but don't own a house, It would be like going to see a dentist with a mouth full of rotten teeth.
