Gotta change that.You need a way to prioritize what you find.All sales are best handled with a system for disqualifying opportunities. this means, you need a way to sort the high shot deals from the batch and, more importantly, eliminate the cream of the crap.I use the PETIO system.

I cant remember the color off hand (kind of a cream color with semi gloss white trim), but I did go with a good quality paint Behr premium ultra thinking that it will hold up longer.
