Gotta change that.You need a way to prioritize what you find.All sales are best handled with a system for disqualifying opportunities. this means, you need a way to sort the high shot deals from the batch and, more importantly, eliminate the cream of the crap.I use the PETIO system.

I like the trim color at least in the picture as it looks cream.  

Having spent 20 years in internet marketing, I am used to someone moving my cheese every few years in that business, and the constant reinvention that is required as a result.

Rat traps , the BIG ones , like super size mouse traps with cheese whiz placed around the yard .

Im sure you realize that there are at least 100 shades of white/cream out there.-  J - I normally don't like to paint masonry but you can't fix ugly masonry colors without it.

I cant remember the color off hand (kind of a cream color with semi gloss white trim), but I did go with a good quality paint Behr premium ultra thinking that it will hold up longer. 

After installing the granite, I am now contemplating staining or painting them a different color, perhaps a dark espresso stain OR paint them a beige cream either of which would match the granite.  

Unless you are talking that the wall is Swiss cheese the wall will be fine.

What about cream or forest green?

The cream of the crop are side by side units with garages (my opinion) Without knowing the details about your needs, expectations and pricing its hard to say what areas you would consider "good."
