They do a counter offer, that is an email that goes out to ALL of the people that have submitted an offer on the specific property.

All our offer are cash, 10% em, the thing is we keep ending up in those dreaded multiple counter offer situations...sometimes it seems like they're beating is by as little as $100, which leads me to believe they are getting extra info from the listing agent..
