Pairing that with relationship-building will help you uncover off-market opportunities and find local experts who can guide you.For meetups, here are a few ideas:Indianapolis Real Estate Investors Association (Indy REIA): They have a mix of virtual and in-person events and are a good starting point for networking with other investors in the Indy market.Louisville Real Estate Investors Group (REIG): A similar organization for the Louisville market, with educational and networking opportunities.Check out BiggerPockets Meetups: Many cities have local meetups organized by investors active on BiggerPockets, and they often include virtual options.Facebook Groups: Look for local investing groups like "Indianapolis Real Estate Investors" or "Louisville REI."

In 2021 there were two competing ballot measures that the citizens of Denver voted on - one measure from open-space advocates that would continue to prevent WIP from developing this parcel, the second measure sponsored by the WIP themselves that would exempt the property from the current zoning restrictions.

I bought 6 unit property in Wildwood,NJ,in November 2024, doing rehab now,  should be done by May 2025I am planning to subdivide 6 unit building to 6 separate condos and sell fall 2026, , if there are any experts in 1031 that can help me?!

The fact I can go to my kid's golf game today, yet still catch a vendor overcharging me $81 the day before on a SFR in Georgia makes me feel the systems that are in place, plus the ability to manage sacrifices has paid off.I've had the same team in most of businesses for almost 8 years, and have a growing RE team that continue to impress me.
