With a team of 3-4 one could do 3/4 groups a day, 3 days a week, and clear well into 6-figures rev weekly. 7-figure monthly if done right and delivering quality content. 

You can't require them to insure their own contents but that won't affect you anyway.  

There are literally hundreds of great books you can get (BP has a great selection here) and thousands of hours of great content on YouTube that will teach you everything you need to know.

However, I dont post video content. 

I've been consuming as much content from BiggerPockets the past 6+ months to plan for an earlier retirement than I initially thought possible.

Just want to make sure I’m getting great content I can put my hard work into and over time get results.

Because I have reduced my expenses to less than 500 a month, and enjoy a more frugal lifestyle as it is, I am content pooling all available income to real estate, in order to accelerate this process. 

Why would you use facebook when all the good content/tools/etc are here on the this site?
