I'm curious if these new tech can somehow help me streamline certain tasks or reduce dependency on scarce trades in your experience.Appreciate any additional thoughts I looked at 3d printing those machines are 800k plus.. and if you watch the video you need very large lots as you have to bring in truck loads of sand etc.. so thats not really going to work in an urban environment like Charleston SC were I have built 35 plus homes in the downtown core on lots that are from 12' wide to max of about 30' and roadways that are only 20' wide and have houses and cars on every lot expect the infill..

It really comes down to what you are comfortable with.

It’s crucial for me to achieve a favorable appraisal, as my estimates place me comfortably below 80% loan-to-value.

Change it to "only buy deals that will comfortably yield X% return".  

Get out of your comfort zone.

If you can show / prove to him that the park will be worth more because you are rebuilding the bathhouse, paving the roads and adding a playground then maybe he will feel more comfortable? 

I've only experienced this on the buy-side of multifamily acquisitions, but have been involved in transactions where the lender requires a CofO and they have gotten comfortable with just the I-card, when there is no CofO for the property. 

Update: We ended up backing out of the commercial deal, way too many issues going on and shady practices that we were not comfortable engaging with.Now the question is what to do with the chunk of money left after we pay taxes.

Key areas to watch include interest rates and inflation, tax policies, affordable housing and rental assistance programs, regulatory environment, and supply-side initiatives.

I look for locations that I am comfortable with, and look for the best rental yield I can get in that location.
