I think the wall units look cleaner but were not sure if they were as effective as the baseboard).On top of that was wondering if you would recommend the hydronic baseboard units or the standard convection heaters.I also noted your in NY are you using these to solely heat a house or as supplemental and do you feel they could adequately provide heat to a house in the NE during the dead of winter.

These are little places (my guess is 600') that do not take long to clean but I could not have cleaners there between every tenant change, deal with tenant questions/issues, etc.

We have to constantly remind ourselves to be patient, we have unit one and it is going very well, just passed a year with it as owners and STR managers (And cleaners!)

Send them a list of stores that will rent them a steam cleaner, at the tenant's own expense, as per @Thomas S.Bigger picture: you may be creating your own monster. 

Hire a cleaner to clean the house, they split the cost like its a utility or lawn service. 

After owning gas for all our adult lives, our architect convinced us that induction cooktops were as responsive as gas and much, much cleaner.
