The only time that you get hot water in the shower is when the heat is on in the apartment and the water is circulating through the heating pipes.

In most states, there's also alternate ways to complete the service (i.e. publication in a newspaper of general circulation, etc).

We think it is due to lack of ventilation and are putting more vents to increase air circulation and stop the growth.

They did not do so causing poor circulation which caused an ice build up on the less than two year old air handler.

You need air circulation above the insulation below the decking, or wood shake if that's what it has.

., do you mean install another furnace and AC, or just separate the ducts while keeping one unit to circulate the air?
