I think this may be a built in functionality of the Turno app, but I don't use Turno and my cleaners don't seem to offer that as part of their standard process.

I'm just getting started in real estate and am currently working with my realtor to get my first house hacking property, possibly a 3-4 multi family home in Pittsburgh.

Also, keep in mind that an IN multi member LLC would require a separate tax return, so you would want to budget for extra admin fees.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

I plan to purchase another Multi-family in the next year or so (sooner if the right one comes along).
