My parents were able to pay for most of my college tuition, my wife's parents paid for even less.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to drive through a potential community with my parents.

I also live at home with my parents when on my off days.My issue lies here.

After all that extra time with your parents coming back around the holidays and giving yourself strong footing to have a comfortable life is worth considering. 

@Brandon Chung college is the best time to do it, but you would get their parents as co-signers just in case they stop paying.

After years of having to sleep on one at my parents house we finally just started booking a hotel.

The ONLY exception would be if, due to substandard work done by a handyman, a child was injured or an adult was severely injured.

A few suggestions:Get a Job, Borrow from Parents/relatives, Get a partner for the deal, or (trigger warning: not PC)  renounce US citizenship, cross the border illegally, and get all the government money you need.  

I was 4 months into my career post college so I emptied my savings account and loaned money from my parents for the down payment.

If it means being able to provide a home for my parents to live so they didn’t have to live on the streets then yes I would be buying this house again.
