I'm wondering if HELOCs exist (nowadays) for owner-occupied multi-family properties. 

Just wondering what other flippers are loving nowadays when it comes to vanities and tiles. 

With the new hospital, casino, expansion of grantline road, good schools and various other infrastructure building it's ripe for appreciation.

So yes, $18k is a deal nowadays.....

So much nicer that all I have to do nowadays is go down to the UPS store and get my affidavit notarized.

STR can work out in eastern CT, but they have to be near the casino and priced competitively when compared to the hotels in the area.

Nonetheless, even if y'all pay to have all the work done, I believe the deals nowadays are in the slightly run down types of properties...

In one small town in NC, there is a casino being constructed in an area with almost no STRs, it's still 2 years from opening, but what people don't realize is that because of the lack of hotels, and the size of the projects, contractors have no where to stay, two of my clients have bought very cheap housing in the area, modestly furnished it, and have better ROI than almost any other investment they've ever had. 

It's too easy to go there and everyone does it nowadays.

Cutting internet is a good idea.....so many people nowadays have an insane dependence on it.....
